Afterglow
Adelaide has experienced some amazing sunsets this year. These are due in part to the large underground volcanic eruption in Tonga in January '22. The Hunga-Tonga Hunga Ha'apai eruption released aerosols into the air that are causing the bright pink - purple glow in the sky. This effect is called the "afterglow" and will continue throughout the year. These are the first of the series currently on exhibition in SALA '22 reflecting this awesome event.
